Coeficiente De Grasa Visceral Como Predictor De Riesgo Cardiometabólico En Pacientes Hipertensos Por Impedancia Bioeléctrica
Abstract
Cardiovascular risks are a set of diseases that affect the heart and blood vessels. They represent a problem for public health because of its high prevalence. These are the main cause of death and hospitalization. However, mortality from cardiovascular diseases has shown a declining trend in developed countries, and is also one of the causes of death in developing countries, especially ischemic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease. After the analysis of the results obtained through the research it is observed that one out of every ten people suffers from cardiovascular diseases, the origin of this disease is multifactorial, being the risk factors that contribute the most, the age over 65 years, the lack of physical activity, suffer from hypertension more known with its acronym HTA, have high cholesterol and be diabetic. To reduce the risk of suffering CVD, measures must be taken and those modifiable factors affected.
