Gestión de la calidad en la Educación Superior: el proceso formativo en la universidad ecuatoriana

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to show some considerations on quality management in higher education, specially focusing on aspects of the learning process that takes place in the Ecuadorian university. To address the theoretical framework document analysis method and logical historical contextualization of the ideas used. Visibility sources were reviewed taking specific aspects that indicate the topicality. A look at the quality management in the university context worldwide, its changes and transformations and incidents to the labor market offers. Also, the renewed view that since the objectives of the National Plan for Good Living takes place in professional training in the Ecuadorian university is exposed. In conclusion it is stated that the seven complex lessons in education for the future can be seen integrated into the dimensions of education: equity, relevance, appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency aspects for the Ecuadorian university a socially responsible institution in training a professional competent and committed to social progress since its sphere of action.
